We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, our team is here to help. Please review our 3-day return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

All original tags must still be attached.

Kept in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized orders (including sarees with Fall/Pico work completed).

Gift cards.
2. Return & Exchange Shipping Fee
A flat fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling.

Note: This fee is completely waived if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Unboxing Video)
We thoroughly check every order before it ships, but if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will fix it immediately!
To help us claim damages with our shipping partners, we require an unboxing video.

The video must clearly show the package being opened for the very first time and clearly display the defect or wrong item.

Please send this video to vasudharavastra@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Without this video, we unfortunately cannot process a damage claim.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email vasudharavastra@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp at +91 7859820314 to initiate your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Get Instructions: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the exact instructions for your return.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can simply place a new order for the item you want. (The ₹150 return fee applies to the original item).

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our quality conditions.

We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund (minus the ₹150 reverse shipping fee) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.
