At Vasudhara Vastra, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees) to ensure timely delivery across India.

Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
  - Metros: 5-7 business days.
  - Remote Areas: 7-10+ business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the Tracking Number and the courier company's name. You can track your package on our website or the courier's official site.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including the correct Pin Code and a valid phone number.
Vasudhara Vastra is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Open Packages

Do not accept a package if the seal is broken or if the packaging looks tampered with.
If you accept a damaged package, please record a video while opening it (refer to our Return Policy for the mandatory Unboxing Video clause).
